SPIO™ may be covered by insurance. For insurance orders within Washington state, please contact Dynamic Orthotics Services (DOS) for any questions you may have. For insurance reimbursement questions on orders outside of Washington state, see list below for contacts. If you don't live in one of those states, please check with an Orthotist or DME in your area. A SPIO™ order form will need to be included with the packet of insurance information that you submit to the Orthotist or DME.
