SPIO WARRANTY

Each system is guaranteed for fit, materials, and workmanship.  SPIO will exchange or replace the orthosis system within 90 days if a problem exists.

Abuse or undue rough wear and tear will void the warranty.  This includes improper washing, undue abrasion or improper use beyond normal wear and tear.

Please contact us immediately regarding any concerns about fit.  This will allow us to resolve any problems you are experiencing.

To return or exchange please mail the garment back to us to the address below with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.  Please include a note to let us know the reason for the return or in the case of an exchange, what size or garment you would like us to exchange it for.  Please also include your contact information and billing information so we know how to credit the refund and in case we have questions.  You do not need a return authorization number.  If you have questions please contact us at 877-997-7746 or e-mail at info@spioworks.com.
