SPIO™ systems and products are easy and affordable to order. Clinicians can order directly through SPIO™, Inc. or work with one of our partner agencies to bill an insurance provider.

- How much does a SPIO™ system cost? See the SPIO™ Price List. (These prices reflect SPIO™ cash or purchase order prices and do not include insurance billing fees, which are determined by billing codes and your insurance provider).
- Will SPIO bill my insurance? SPIO™ may be covered by your insurance provider. SPIO™ does not bill insurance, however, your orthotist or therapist will work with you if you want to bill an insurance provider. INSURANCE BILLING.
- When will I receive my order? Direct pay orders or purchase orders for standard sizes will usually ship the week the order is received. Standard delivery in the continental United States is 3-5 business days. So you should receive your SPIO™ order within 10 business days. Custom SPIO™ orders usually take 2 weeks to manufacture and will ship as soon as they are complete. You should receive your custom SPIO™ order within 15 business days. Insurance billing orders ship approximately in 3-4 weeks.
